Can be an effective and convenient method of picking up after your Dog. Besides being an inexpensive alternative the "Doggy-Bag" may be used as a water bowl. Simply fill the "Doggy-Bag" about one third full of water, cuff the bag edges an inch at a time twice. Place the water filled "Doggy-Bag" on the ground. When your dog has quenched his thrist simply dump the contents out, turn the "Doggy-Bag" inside out. This provides a dry inside and a effective hand held pooper scooper! Excellent for those hot summer days when one is out and on the go with their dog!
